Our SEZ boys table tennis competed on Friday 28 July at Somerville Intermediate.
It was a busy day for the boys, particularly Sean Jekel and Eric Deng who played 10 singles matches. The level was a lot higher than they thought it would be with seven club players and only four non-club players competing. Both Sean and Eric won four matches resulting in Sean coming sixth and Eric eighth. Sean is a non-club player and finished ahead of two club players.
Sean Avery and Nick Lao played in the doubles competition and came fourth.
