Our Howick Intermediate Girls Volleyball team competed in the South Eastern Zone competition on Tuesday 11 October at the Otara Recreation Centre.

They played three teams in their pool winning all three games which qualified them for the semi-finals. They then continued on to win against St Johns in the semi-finals.

Our girls demonstrated commitment and hard work and won after a very close final against Sir Edmund Hillary School at the end of the day. They played as a team, supported each other and never gave up. Well done on their achievement.
